Southern Festival of Books Exhibitors

Be a part of a longstanding literary tradition. Exhibit at the 21st  Annual Southern Festival of Books: A Celebration of the Written WordSM, October 9-11, 2009 at War Memorial Plaza in Nashville, Tennessee.

If you are a book publisher, press, literacy organization or a company with book-related products, you are eligible to exhibit.

Exhibitor hours are: Friday, October 9 from 12:00 - 6:00 p.m., Saturday, October 10 from 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and Sunday, October 11 from 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Reserve your booth space now and take advantage of the early-bird discount! Cost per booth if registration is postmarked and fees are paid by June 1, 2009 is $450 ($350 for non-profit organizations). Regular booth cost is $550 ($450 for non-profits). Multiple booths can be reserved, and electricity is available.
