Travel Information

The Festival takes place on Legislative Plaza in downtown Nashville between Charlotte and Union and 6th and 7th Avenues. Author sessions are held in session rooms surrounding the Plaza. You may download a map and driving directions to the Festival site.

The Festival site is accessible by public transportation.

Parking in the downtown area is available in lots, garages and on the street. The most convenient parking garage to the Festival site is the garage attached to the public library on 7th Avenue & Church Street. There are additional lots and garages in the downtown area.

Hotel Accommodations

When making hotel reservations, make sure to let them know you are with the Southern Festival of Books in order to get discounted room rates.
