Authors in the Round 2024

October 25, 2024 | 6:00 – 9:00 PM

Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum

One of your favorite events returns Friday, October 25, 2024 for its second year at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

We hope you will plan to join us for Authors in the Round, a special event dinner that provides vital funding for the 36th annual Southern Festival of Books. Your participation in the dinner ensures that Humanities Tennessee may continue to present the Festival at no charge.

More than 175 authors are slated to attend the Festival, with 40 of those authors participating in the dinner: one seated at every table to provide an intimate dinner party experience among 400 friends and fans of the written word.

For more information about being a dinner sponsor, hosting a table, or ensuring you’re part of our invitation list, please contact Sandy Obodzinski, Development & Communications Director, at sandy@humtn.org. More news is coming this spring about the event, but until then, we hope you enjoy this look back at 2023 thanks to our friends at Nfocus.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsors of the Authors in the Round dinner enjoy double the impact for their support. Since the dinner raises funds to ensure the Southern Festival of Books remains FREE to the public, sponsors are recognized with a variety of benefits for both events!

Sponsorships range from $5,000 – $25,000+ and provide visibility to the 400+ Dinner attendees and 20,000+ Festival attendees. Humanities Tennessee prioritizes partnerships, so we hope to discuss your goals and how sponsorship may benefit your organization as well as the Festival.

For more info, see our sponsor deck below and contact Sandy Obodzinski, Development & Communications Director, sandy@humtn.org or 615.933. 5730.

THANK YOU

The 2023 dinner would not have been possible without the energetic dedication of our Event Chairs: Laura Smith & LoLita Toney, as well as the dinner sponsors, table hosts, guests, and donors. Together, our grand total raised was more than $200,000 for the first time in the event’s history!
